Exchange and return policy

Replacement/return requests will be received via WhatsApp on (0561312030) and your request will be reviewed within (1-2) business days.



The customer can request a replacement/return in the event of a manufacturing defect within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product.


Conditions:


Attach a picture of the manufacturing defect.


*Examples of cases in which a return/exchange request is accepted:


1- A rip in the abaya, which is explained by attaching a photo.

2- Differences in the sizes shown on the Instagram page, by measuring the piece in inches and attaching a photo that shows the problem

3- The presence of stains in the product, which is explained by attaching a photo.


*Cases in which the application is not accepted:


-The specified return/exchange period has expired.

-A customer who was not satisfied with the type of fabric (the store is not responsible for not having prior knowledge of the fabrics mentioned in the product details).

-Excess threads are not considered a manufacturing defect (the customer can remove them with scissors, not by pulling the thread)

- Modification of the abaya by the customer.

- If a defect appears in the abaya due to the customer’s misuse or if the abaya was washed in a manner contrary to the washing instructions shown on the Instagram page and the profile pages at the bottom of the site.




Product size exchange:


- In the event that the customer requests an inappropriate size, he can exchange it only within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, and additional delivery/shipping fees will be incurred.

58 riyals and the amount will be transferred upon acceptance of the exchange request.


- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact and undamaged, and in its original packaging.


*For clarification, a size exchange request may be rejected due to the unavailability of the size to be exchanged.


*Note that the replacement is only once.


You will be served and replaced/refunded within 14 working days.


Note regarding refunding orders paid via Tabby or Tamara:


  • If a refund is agreed upon, the Tabby and Tamara interest rate will be deducted from the refund amount.
